The print spooler crashes almost directly after you started it. You are using Equitrac and receive the following error in your event log:

The print spooler is crashing when the EQ DRE service (Document Routing Engine) is also started.
1. Navigate to Start / Administrative Tools / Print Management (if not present, install it by adding the role ‘Print and Document Services’).
2. Select Custom Filters / All Drivers.
3. Right-click the driver which is used by the printer you are using for your Equitrac e-queue and click Set Driver Isolation > Isolated.
This will run the printer driver in a separate process so other processes / services cannot be affected, such as (in this case) the print spooler.
You don’t want all of your printers become unavailable, just because of one buggy printer driver. Isolation is therefore a good method for bad printer drivers.
